I Face Delayed USDT Withdrawal on MEXC Exchange Beyond 8 Hours
On July 7, 2025, at 02:09, I submitted a USDT withdrawal request from my account on the MEXC cryptocurrency exchange. It has now been over 8 hours, and my transaction is still stuck in the “processing” status without being completed. This is the first time I have encountered such an issue on any crypto exchange, and it is highly concerning.
In the fast-paced world of cryptocurrency, such delays are unacceptable, especially for a platform as widely used as MEXC. This delay has caused both financial anxiety and emotional stress, as I was relying on that transfer for a time-sensitive transaction.
I kindly request that the MEXC support team investigate my withdrawal request urgently and complete the transaction without further delay. Please also provide a clear explanation as to why this delay occurred to prevent such issues in the future. I expect a prompt resolution to this problem and improved transaction reliability moving forward.
