Bitexen Blocked My Trading - I Cannot Sell My Asset

On 11/09/2025, I purchased ₺1,600 worth of the cryptocurrency called EPX through the Bitexen mobile application. However, without any prior notice, EPX trading was suspended, and I am now unable to sell the asset I hold. When I contacted customer service about the issue, I was told that I needed to transfer the asset to another platform to trade it there. This situation has caused me a grievance, as I cannot make use of the amount I invested. My expectation from Bitexen is that EPX trading will be reopened and that my grievance will be resolved.
