I Lost ₺6,000 Worth of Bitcoin and Altcoins from My Bitexen Account Without Notice

I recently discovered that my entire crypto balance—worth around ₺6,000 and consisting of Bitcoin, Ethereum, and several altcoins—was wiped from my Bitexen account without any notice or authorization. I rarely use the account for active trading, but I do log in from time to time to check my balances. In June, when I checked my account again, I was shocked to see that my crypto holdings had vanished completely.

I never received any warnings, alerts, or notifications about account activity, restrictions, or possible security issues. My account has not been suspended or flagged, and I confirmed the missing funds by logging in from multiple devices. Despite sending multiple emails to Bitexen support (from the email address a*********@gmail.com), I have only received generic automated responses with no explanation or resolution.

This lack of transparency and customer support is unacceptable, especially when real assets are involved. I did not authorize any transfers or sales, and there is no record of any such transactions in my account history.

I demand a full investigation and immediate return of my missing crypto assets. Bitexen must take responsibility for this issue and restore trust in their platform by resolving this matter promptly.
