I Face Inability to Withdraw Funds After Pi Coin Trading Halt on Bitexen

I deposited ₺45,000 into my Bitexen account specifically to purchase Pi Coin. However, Bitexen has now suspended its agreement for Pi Coin trading, leaving me unable to withdraw my funds or access my investment. They claim that an announcement about this change was posted, but regardless of that, there is no clear explanation or guidance on how I can recover my money.

I have reached out to customer service and also sent emails to the relevant contacts, but I have not received any practical assistance or instructions. This situation has effectively locked my funds without my consent, causing both financial and emotional distress.

I request that Bitexen immediately provide a clear and direct process for withdrawing my ₺45,000, ensure that my investment is returned in full, and improve transparency so users are not left stranded when trading agreements are changed. Investors should always be able to reclaim their funds without unnecessary obstacles.
