I Can’t Withdraw ₺784 from Bitexen App to Enpara Due to App Crash Issue

For the past six months, I’ve been trying to withdraw my ₺784 balance from the Bitexen mobile app to my Enpara bank account, but every time I attempt the transaction, the app crashes unexpectedly, and the transfer fails. This issue has been consistent since my first successful withdrawal over a year ago. Since then, every withdrawal attempt ends the same way—instant app shutdown and no transaction processed.

I’ve verified that my account is fully verified and has no restrictions. There’s no issue with my Enpara account either. I contacted Bitexen customer support, and they claimed that there is no issue on their end. They also confirmed this in writing via email. Still, the app continues to crash every time I try to move my funds.

I demand that Bitexen resolve this technical issue immediately and ensure that my ₺784 is successfully transferred to my Enpara account without any further delay. I have been patient long enough. Please take action now.
