20After changing my phone number on the Bitexen mobile application, I have not been able to access my account. I have been experiencing this problem for about 3–4 hours, and despite contacting the technical support team, I have not received adequate assistance. I also reached out via email, but the responses are delayed, making the process even more difficult. I request that the number change process be completed quickly and that my account access be restored as soon as possible. My registered email address is f***************@gmail.com. This is the first time I have encountered such an issue, and I kindly ask for my grievance to be resolved.
