MEXC Exchange Won’t Let Me Update My Contact Info

I need to update my phone number and email address on my MEXC Exchange account, but despite trying every possible method, I have not received any assistance.

Currently, I cannot access my registered email or phone number, making it impossible to receive verification codes or secure my account properly. I have reached out for help multiple times, but no one has responded or provided a solution.

I urgently request MEXC support to assist me in updating my contact details so I can regain full access to my account. Please resolve this issue immediately, as it is a serious security concern. I expect a prompt response and resolution!
