I Face No Response from Bitexen Support and Missing Account Data

I experienced an issue with my Bitexen account and immediately sent a message to their support team. When I did not receive a reply, I called their customer service line. The operator assured me that my complaint would be forwarded to the relevant department and that I would receive a response within 48 hours. However, it has been well beyond that timeframe, and I still have not been contacted.
Now, when I log into my account, it appears as if I have never taken any action—every page looks completely empty. This suggests either a major technical error or a serious account data issue, yet no one from Bitexen has explained what is happening.
I request that Bitexen urgently investigate why my account information has vanished, restore my data and activity records, and provide a clear update on my original complaint. A prompt and transparent resolution is essential for user trust.
