Unable to Access Bitexen Mobile App Due to Continuous Login Errors

I am experiencing a persistent issue with accessing the Bitexen mobile app. After successfully entering my password, email confirmation, and PIN code, the app opens momentarily, only to show an error message and send me back to the login page. I have repeated this process multiple times, but it keeps looping me back to the start. Strangely, I can still access my account through a browser without issues, so the problem seems specific to the mobile app. I urgently need this fixed to manage my account on the go. Please address this issue promptly so that I can access the app without interruption.
