On Saturday, January 17, 2026, at approximately 1:00 PM, I took a ride through the BiTaksi app in a vehicle with license plate 34 T***9. Since my employer does not provide shuttle service on Saturdays, I have to use a taxi, and I submit my taxi receipts to the accounting department to be reimbursed. When the ride ended, I asked the driver for a taxi receipt as usual. He told me he did not have any receipts, that the tax authority had collected the old ones, and that the new receipts had not yet arrived. However, earlier that same morning, I was able to receive an old-style receipt from another taxi, so I believe there was either a mistake or negligence in this situation.
When I contacted BiTaksi customer service, they told me that once the new receipts arrive, they would obtain the receipt from the driver and forward it to me. However, I must submit the $20 receipt for this ride to my company’s accounting department within five days. Otherwise, I will have to cover this cost out of pocket and will effectively have worked without reimbursement. When I called again today, I was told that the taxi receipt still had not arrived, and no clear resolution was provided.
Who is responsible for this situation does not concern me. I purchased a legal taxi service through BiTaksi, and I believe a taxi receipt should be available in the vehicle. If I did not need a receipt, I would not be forced to use a taxi in the first place. Without a receipt, I see no difference between this vehicle and an unlicensed taxi.
I request that the taxi receipt for this $20 ride be obtained and delivered to me as soon as possible. Otherwise, I demand that an appropriate refund or solution be provided to resolve the hardship I have experienced.
