Gamepower 650W PSU Warranty Replacement Denied
I purchased an Artemis Gold OEM package Gamepower 650W PSU from İnce Hesap. The order I placed on January 23, marked as “check components before shipping,” was delivered to my address in Diyarbakır via Yurtiçi Kargo about five days later, on January 28. However, the PSU turned out to be defective.
When I contacted customer service to report the issue, I was told to open a support ticket and send the product back. Even though I followed the troubleshooting steps exactly as written in the support note, I continued to experience the same problem. Today, when I called again to request a return code so I could send the product back, instead of providing the code, they opened a new support ticket. About two hours later, they claimed I had requested the product disassembled and demanded $100 + VAT from me. Not only was I sent a defective product, but instead of replacing it, they are now asking me to pay an additional $100.
I demand that this defective Gamepower 650W PSU be replaced with a non-defective product without any additional charges and that the inconvenience I have experienced be resolved.
