Birkenstock Gizeh Sandal Sole Detaches After Just 10 Wears

On May 27, 2025, I purchased a pair of Birkenstock Gizeh black men's sandals for $93 via the Fashfed app, billed under E*** P******** ve Tekstil. I have worn these sandals only about 10 times in total. Peeling along the edges began after just the third wear, and about a week ago, the sole separated, rendering the sandals completely unusable in a very short timeframe.

On July 22, 2026, I sent the product in for inspection, but I received a negative response claiming "user error." I find it completely unacceptable to classify edge peeling and sole detachment as user error for a pair of sandals purchased at this price point and worn so few times.

I believe this product is defective. I demand a replacement with a new pair or a full refund of my purchase.
