Deichmann Blamed User Error After Children's Fila Shoes Fell Apart in 20 Days

On May 13, 2026, I purchased a pair of size 32 children's Fila sneakers from the Deichmann store in Bafra, Samsun. Within a very short period—roughly 15 to 20 days—the shoes deteriorated severely, suffering major sole wear and separation, along with tearing and fraying at the heel, rendering the product completely unwearable.
Following this, I brought the shoes to the Samsun Piazza Deichmann store to submit them for a quality inspection. Because I live far from the store, I was only able to hand them over for inspection on June 23, 2026. On July 1, 2026, I received a text message claiming the damage was due to "user error." I refuse to accept that a child's shoe wearing down at the sole and heel to this extent in such a short timeframe can be dismissed as user error.
I believe this product is inherently defective and demand that the inspection decision be re-evaluated taking physical photos into account, and that a full refund of the purchase price be issued to me.
