Birkenstock Arizona Sandals Cause Severe Foot Injuries on First Wear
I purchased Birkenstock Arizona model sandals from Occasion on June 3, 2026. When I wore the sandals for the very first time on July 13, 2026, the sole structure severely injured my foot, leaving me in immense pain as if my foot had been torn apart. Because a pair of sandals worn just once caused this level of severe harm so quickly, I believe there is a manufacturing defect in the sole.
Following this issue, I contacted Occasion. They simply instructed me to send the sandals in for inspection with only the invoice attached. Even though I emphasized that I wanted to detail the specific issue with the sole and the injuries to my foot, I have not seen any empathetic or solution-oriented support for the ordeal I experienced.
I do not accept that sandals I paid approximately $104 for delivered such a terrible experience. Believing the product is defective, I demand a return of the sandals and a full refund of the amount I paid.
