I Deposited ₺1700 to My Binomo Account but the Transfer Never Reflected
On August 4, 2025, at 00:19, I deposited ₺1700 into my Binomo account using my credit card and selected the IBAN transfer option. Despite the payment being processed from my end, the money has not appeared in my Binomo account at all. I did not receive any confirmation message, transaction receipt, or reference number after the deposit. This is highly concerning, especially since I’ve never experienced a missing deposit like this on the platform before.
I immediately reached out to Binomo customer service to report the issue, but I haven’t received any response whatsoever. The complete lack of communication is unacceptable, especially for a platform handling financial transactions.
I am requesting urgent action from Binomo to locate my missing ₺1700 deposit and credit it to my account without further delay. I also expect a full explanation and written confirmation of the resolution. Please treat this matter with the seriousness it deserves.
