Binomo Deposit of ₺1000 Not Reflected in My Account After Payment
This morning, I deposited ₺1000 into my Binomo account using my bank card. The transaction was approved by my bank, and the money was successfully withdrawn from my card. However, despite the payment going through, my Binomo account balance has not increased, and the funds are still missing. This is the first time I have ever experienced such an issue with a deposit on this platform.
I find it unacceptable that after a confirmed withdrawal, there is no sign of my money on my trading account. Delays like this cause unnecessary stress, prevent me from trading as planned, and leave me questioning the reliability of Binomo’s payment processing system.
I urgently request that Binomo investigate this transaction, confirm where my ₺1000 deposit has gone, and immediately credit the funds to my account. I also expect clear communication and assurance that this will not happen again. Customers should never have to wonder where their money is after a confirmed transaction. A prompt resolution is required.
