Reasons a deposit may not be credited
• Payment system delay — banks or online processors may take up to 24 hours.
• Payment sent but not confirmed by Binomo — the transaction can get stuck between the bank and the platform.
• Top-up via third-party services — additional confirmation may be required.
• Internal Binomo glitch — funds arrive but the balance display freezes.
• Bank reversal after pre-authorization — money is temporarily frozen, then returned, making it seem “missing.”
• Deposit sent to the wrong account — often happens if you logged in with a different email or device.
What to do if the deposit didn’t arrive
• Check your bank statement and payment status.
• Take a screenshot of the transaction (date, time, amount, transaction ID).
• Contact Binomo support and attach the receipt.
• Contact your bank to confirm whether the funds reached the merchant.
• Check for multiple accounts — funds may land on an old profile.
When to file a complaint urgently
• money was deducted but Binomo says the payment wasn’t received;
• the deposit disappeared after showing on the balance;
• support doesn’t respond for over 48 hours;
• the amount was charged twice.
