Binomo Deposit Not Reflected in My Account Despite Successful Payment

This morning, I deposited money into my Binomo account using my credit card. The transaction appeared as successful on my bank statement, yet even after 9 hours, the funds have still not been credited to my Binomo balance. I also sent the payment receipt as proof, but nothing has been updated on my account.

I reached out to live support multiple times, but each time they only told me that the issue was forwarded to the technical team. No real explanation was provided, and no progress has been made. A deposit should not take this long, and I find it unacceptable that my money is in limbo while I wait without any resolution.

I demand that Binomo immediately process my deposit and credit the funds to my account without further delay. I also expect a clear explanation as to why the transaction has been stuck for so many hours. If this issue is not resolved promptly, it will severely damage trust in the platform. Customers should not have to chase their own money.
