I'm trying to contact Binomo live support, but the system only offers assistance in English. This is incredibly frustrating because I don’t speak English, and I shouldn’t be expected to in order to use a platform that originally supported my language. When I first signed up for Binomo, live chat support was available in Turkish, and that’s the language my account is set to.
Now, there is no option to switch back to Turkish, and I feel completely abandoned as a user. It’s not acceptable to remove native language support without notifying users or offering an alternative. Not everyone is fluent in English, especially on financial platforms where precision matters.
I demand that Turkish language support be restored immediately to live chat and customer service. As a Turkish-speaking user, I expect access to help in my language—just as I had when I opened the account.
