I've been using the Binomo trading platform for a while now, and while their automated support bot does have a few useful features, it consistently fails to meet my actual needs. The bot often misunderstands my requests or gives vague and unhelpful responses, which has become increasingly frustrating, especially when I need quick and accurate help with my account or trades.
I strongly prefer speaking with a real human representative who can understand and respond to my concerns more effectively. Bots can’t replace human judgment when it comes to complex issues, and that’s exactly what I’m dealing with. Unfortunately, there’s currently no easy way to reach live support on the platform, and this is a serious limitation for active users like myself.
I’m asking Binomo to urgently provide a clear, accessible option for human customer support. Automated systems should be supplemental—not the only option. Please take this request seriously and improve the communication options on the platform.
