Tupperware Water Bottle Developed a Bad Odor and Taste Despite Being Told It Had a 10-Year Warranty

I purchased a Tupperware water bottle from the Karaca store at Avenue Bodrum in Muğla. We have been using the bottle regularly for approximately two years. Recently, a bad odor and unpleasant taste have developed inside the bottle, and the water we put in it is now undrinkable.

I sent the product to the service department through Karaca for inspection. However, after the inspection, they stated that there was no oxidation or corrosion on the product and that the warranty period had expired. They then returned the product to me without resolving the issue. When I purchased the bottle, however, a store employee specifically told me that Tupperware water bottles had a 10-year warranty, which was one of the reasons I decided to purchase this product.

I request that both Tupperware and Karaca take my complaint seriously, conduct a further and more thorough inspection of the product, and provide an appropriate solution to the problem I am experiencing. I also request that the incorrect warranty information provided to me at the time of purchase be addressed and that the resulting inconvenience be properly remedied.
