Tupperware Peri Whisk Melted During First Use and Appears to Be Defective

I purchased a Tupperware Peri Whisk through the Dolap app. It had only been two days since I purchased the product, and I used it on the day I received it to prepare cream. During use, I noticed that the tip of the whisk started to melt. Because the product could not withstand the heat involved in normal use, it failed to perform its intended function and became unsafe for me to use in my kitchen.

I am extremely disappointed that a newly purchased product melted within such a short period of time and during such a basic use. Since I believe the product is defective, I am requesting a full refund. I kindly ask that the product be properly inspected and that I be contacted with the outcome as soon as possible.
