I have been experiencing a serious issue with the Mexc exchange Android app since February 2025, when the Turkish language option was suddenly removed. Ever since then, I have been unable to properly navigate the application. Without the Turkish interface, I cannot find or access the deposit and withdrawal sections, even though I currently have funds in my account.
The app does not show any error message — the problem is simply that the Turkish language support has been completely taken away, leaving me unable to manage my transactions. This situation has caused me financial stress, as I cannot withdraw my own money.
Adding to my frustration, I have not been able to reach Mexc customer service, and there is no clear guidance in Turkish on how to contact support. As a paying user, I find it unacceptable that such a major global exchange has removed Turkish support without notice, leaving Turkish users unable to access their balances.
