I Can’t Reach Binomo Support — No Phone, Live Chat Always Offline
I'm very disappointed by how limited the communication options are for Binomo’s customer support. For a financial trading platform handling real money, I expected to see multiple, reliable, 24/7 support channels—but that’s not the case at all. There’s no phone line, which is already unacceptable, and even the live chat feature is mostly offline whenever I try to use it.
When users face urgent trading or withdrawal issues, we need immediate assistance, not a “leave a message and wait” system. Binomo needs to understand that reliable support is not optional in this space—it’s a basic necessity.
I strongly urge the company to improve this immediately by adding a functioning phone line, a responsive live chat, and faster ticket handling. If these issues aren’t resolved soon, I’ll have no choice but to stop using the platform entirely and warn others to do the same.
It is frustrating that Binomo offers limited ways to contact its support team. There is no phone line and the live chat is often offline. Trading platforms must provide multiple reliable communication channels 24/7. I think you need to resolve this as soon as possible.
