MEXC App Bug Turns Turkish Interface Back to English After Update

I’m experiencing a serious language issue with the MEXC app on my Infinix X6731B Android phone since installing the latest update. When I first open the app, it launches in Turkish, but after about 5–6 minutes, all menus and notifications automatically switch back to English. Although the language setting still shows English (Turkey), the entire interface becomes English again. Because of this, I’m unable to properly read coin information, execute trades, or understand daily notifications.

This problem has been ongoing for the past 3–4 days. I had a similar issue before and temporarily fixed it by uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but now the same method doesn’t work anymore. I’ve also tried manually changing the language multiple times from the app settings, but it makes no difference.

I contacted MEXC support in Turkish, but they responded in English, making it difficult for me to communicate and get help. From my research, the app is supposed to offer a Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (KKTC) language option, but I don’t see it in my version. I only use the app in Turkey, and no other apps on my phone have this kind of language issue.

I request that MEXC fix the Turkish language support permanently and add appropriate Turkish/K.K.T.C. language options to the app. Additionally, I ask for a Turkish customer support line or chat option so users can get assistance in their own language. I urgently request that this problem be resolved as soon as possible.
