I Did Not Receive My Mad Parfum Order

On September 18, 2025, I purchased products from the Mad Parfüm store through the Hepsiburada app, with order number 458 581 805 0 to be delivered by Hepsijet Cargo. However, although the system shows “delivered with contactless code,” I never received my package. Even in the app, it appears as delivered, but no delivery was made to me. After contacting Hepsijet Cargo customer service, I was told that the courier admitted the package was not delivered to me and that it was lost. Despite this, no solution has been provided so far, and my package is still missing. I paid ₺1,603 for this order, and I request that my package be found and delivered to me as soon as possible, or if that is not possible, that it be resent, and if that also cannot be done, that my payment be refunded.
