Beymen Did Not Deliver My Sneaker Order Since August 23

On August 23, I placed an order for sneakers with the number BEY20250823-11434867 from Beymen’s online shopping site, but despite the time that has passed, my product has still not been delivered. My delivery address is in Silivri, Istanbul, and although I have contacted Beymen customer service during this process, I have not received any response. I paid ₺38,450 for the product, and I feel victimized by the lack of attention in such a high-value purchase. I have not requested any cancellation or refund; my only request is to receive my product as soon as possible. I urgently demand that this delay be resolved and that my grievance be addressed quickly.
