I Paid ₺1800 for Zara Sandals But Never Received My Order #5385*****63
On July 25, I placed an online order through Zara’s official website, purchasing a pair of sandals under order number 5385*63. The order status now claims that the item was delivered on July 29, but I never received anything. My shipping address is in Çekmeköy, Istanbul, and there has been no delivery attempt made to me directly.
I contacted Zara customer service to report the issue, but was simply told to follow up with the shipping company myself. Zara made it clear they would not assist me further, despite having taken my payment. I tried contacting the shipping carrier multiple times, but no one answers the phones and I haven’t received any updates or support.
I paid ₺1800 by credit card for this order, and I expect to either receive the product I paid for or get a full refund immediately. It’s completely unacceptable for Zara to push the responsibility onto the customer when they are the merchant. I demand that Zara take full responsibility for this missing delivery and resolve this matter without delay.
