Beymen Did Not Send My Invoice for My Order After a Month

I placed an order (No: 20250317-10204329) which was delivered on March 17, 2025, but after more than a month, I still haven’t received the invoice. I’ve contacted Beymen’s customer support four times, and each time I was told the issue had been forwarded to the relevant department. Yet, no action has been taken, and the invoice is still missing. It is truly disappointing to experience such negligence from a brand like Beymen. Issuing an invoice is not only a legal obligation, but also a basic standard of service. I’ve reported the issue to the Turkish Revenue Administration (VİMER) as well. I trusted Beymen for its reputation, but this experience severely damages that trust. I kindly urge you to take immediate action and resolve this matter without further delay.
