Beymen Club Sold Me a Defective Coat With a Known Defect
I purchased a Beymen Club Epaulet Detail Coat (102329701001) online from Beymen Club. The product was delivered to me on September 10. When I inspected it, I noticed that the coat had been sent to me with a large label clearly stating that the product was defective and even identifying where the defect was located. In other words, the product was knowingly sold to me despite the defect being known in advance.
As soon as I noticed the issue, I contacted Beymen Club and was told that I could return the product. However, the coat was in stock when I purchased it, but it is now sold out, so I no longer have the option of exchanging it.
I absolutely cannot accept being sold a product at a high price when the defect was known from the beginning. Since the product is now out of stock, I suggested as a solution that I could have the coat repaired by a tailor at my own expense if Beymen Club provided me with a compensation coupon in return. Despite this request, my proposal was not accepted, and no meaningful compensation was offered.
I find it extremely disappointing that customer satisfaction has been disregarded to this extent. Because a product with a clearly labeled known defect was sold to me and no compensation was offered afterward, I request that my loss be addressed and that a reasonable compensation coupon or another appropriate solution be provided for the product that is now out of stock.
