On August 15, 2025, I purchased a pair of size 39 Academia brand sandals from Beymen’s online store (Order No: bey20250815 11361100). The product arrived around August 20. When I tried the sandals at home, I realized they were practically unwearable, made walking difficult, and felt heavy on my feet. Even with short use, the straps caused blisters. Believing the product to be defective and of poor quality, I requested a return within a week. However, Beymen’s online store rejected my return request. I contacted customer service again to explain the situation, and they asked me to resend the product. I did so, but on October 11, my return was once again denied, and the item was sent back to me. Throughout this process, I felt that customer satisfaction and quality control were completely disregarded. Despite submitting my request within the return period, my refund was not processed, leaving me in a difficult position. As a regular Beymen customer, I request that the defective product be accepted for return, my payment refunded, and greater attention given to quality control procedures.
