Beymen Did Not Send the Strap of the Expensive Designer Bag I Purchased

I bought a bag from a well-known high-end brand from Beymen at a high price, but they did not send the bag's strap. I contacted customer service multiple times, provided all the necessary details, and even shared my order information. Each time, I was either ignored or told that the issue was being forwarded to the relevant department. At the end of the countless search and complaint process, the result is 0. They did not produce any solution and did not send my strap. This is a disgraceful understanding. Unfortunately, despite spending certain amounts from a reliable intermediary, this carelessness is very sad. I expected a brand like Beymen to stand behind the products they sell, especially considering the price point and reputation. They do not send my product that I paid for in any way.
