Order Cancelled Without Reason – Requesting Resolution and Action
I ordered the Canada Goose Sneaker with the code 102166128_066 from Beymen on July 31, 2025, using the link ordering method. The order number was BEY20250731-11223627. I paid about ₺16,000 with a credit card. But on August 7, 2025, my order was canceled for no good reason. I called customer support and was told that the product was found to be broken when it was being packaged, therefore my order was canceled. I did observe, though, that the goods stayed displayed as in stock for a week before suddenly disappearing from the internet. There was no explanation for who bought the item that was originally meant for me. This made me quite worried. Also, the customer service reps were really disrespectful and didn't care about anything I said. I was told I could "file a complaint wherever I want," but I wasn't given a remedy to the problem. A buddy of mine had the same problem: their order was also canceled since there wasn't enough stock. I don't want this to happen again. Please refill the item and send it to me, and please take the appropriate steps to deal with the bad attitude of the customer service reps.
