Betturkey Withheld $1,900 of My Winnings After Misleading Bonus Rules
I want to share my complaint about a bonus and winnings payout issue I experienced on the Betturkey gambling site.
On the site’s bonus page it clearly stated that a 50% bonus would be given on deposits made on the 20th of the month, with a maximum bonus amount of 6,000 TL (≈ $900 USD). The bonus description also said there was a play-through requirement and that withdrawal could be made up to 10× the maximum bonus amount.
Trusting these terms, I deposited 1,000 TL (≈ $150 USD) and received a 500 TL bonus (≈ $75 USD) in my account. I used this bonus in live casino playing Sweet Bonanza. They told me I had wagered around 35,000 TL (≈ $5,300 USD) and that the play-through requirement was completed.
I then submitted a withdrawal request for my 18,500 TL balance (≈ $2,800 USD). Later, my request was canceled and I was told I had not completed the play-through requirement and that I had wagered on a prohibited game. However, there was no warning, restriction, or exception in any bonus posters or descriptions about banned games, and the game was clearly available in the live casino.
They then told me I needed to do more wagering on slot games. So I wagered approximately another 35,000 TL (≈ $5,300 USD), and at the end of this process I had 17,000 TL (≈ $2,600 USD) in my account. I submitted another withdrawal request for this amount.
After a while, the money was returned to my account — but instead of 17,000 TL (~$2,600 USD), only 5,000 TL (~$760 USD) was credited, and 12,000 TL (~$1,900 USD) was deducted by the site.
When I spoke with the live support team, instead of providing a clear explanation, they gave responses that seemed dismissive or mocking, and no clear, written, coherent reason was given for the 12,000 TL deduction.
The originally advertised bonus terms and the restrictions applied afterward contradict each other, and this situation is misleading to users.
I request that Betturkey act in accordance with the bonus terms shown in its promotional material and refund the deducted 12,000 TL (~$1,900 USD) to me and pay my total winnings in full. I also request that the bonus and play-through terms be made transparent, clear, and not misleading to users.
