I Was Misled by Betpublic’s “Unlimited Withdrawal” Claim

I joined Betpublic after seeing claims of “unlimited withdrawals” promoted across their platform. Trusting that promise, I deposited ₺2,000. Through gameplay, I managed to turn it into an impressive ₺90,000—or so I thought. When I tried to withdraw my earnings, I was shocked to find out that ₺30,000 was suddenly canceled without warning.

When I contacted support to ask why, they told me I needed to deposit ₺5,000 more in order to withdraw ₺30,000, due to some so-called withdrawal limit policy. But this directly contradicts their promise of unlimited withdrawals. Where is the transparency? How can a platform claim “no limits” and then impose hidden conditions after you win?

This feels completely unfair and misleading. I worked up from ₺1,000 to ₺90,000, only to have my winnings partially revoked. If I hadn’t asked, they wouldn’t have explained a thing. These conditions should be clearly disclosed upfront, not hidden behind vague terms or revealed only when it benefits the platform.
