Betwoon Rejected My Withdrawal Even Though I Deposited Without Bonus
Hello, in the evening I deposited ₺290 on Betwoon and lost it. Then I requested a loss bonus and received ₺87. I played using this bonus and submitted a withdrawal request for ₺1000, which was successfully credited to my account. About half an hour later, I deposited another ₺500 via Paykasa and started playing again. My balance was zero before this deposit, so I only began playing after adding the ₺500. I won ₺10,000 and submitted a withdrawal request, but Betwoon rejected it. May I ask Betwoon to please check the timestamps of the deposit, withdrawal, and bonus transactions? I am truly a victim here and would appreciate a response. Let me emphasize again: I requested a ₺1000 withdrawal using the ₺87 bonus, and after my account was reset to zero, I deposited ₺500 about 25 minutes later. This deposit had nothing to do with the bonus, yet the winnings have not been credited to my account.
