Sweet Bonanza Winnings Withheld

I claimed a trial bonus and played Sweet Bonanza, where I won 27,000₺. According to the terms, I needed to reach 8,000₺ to withdraw 800₺. However, despite winning far beyond that amount, I was only paid 800₺.

Even if they deducted the 8,000₺ as required, what happened to the remaining 19,000₺? I would have accepted that, but instead, they only credited the minimum amount and ignored my rightful winnings. This is completely unfair and deceptive.

I demand transparency and a proper explanation for why my winnings were withheld. If a site offers a chance to win, they should honor it. Players deserve fair payouts, not misleading restrictions. Resolve this issue and pay what I rightfully earned!
