Betwoon Cut ₺15,000 From My Winnings Without Bonus Use, Citing Hidden Wager Rule

I’m filing this complaint against Betwoon, and I want others to be aware of what happened. On May 1, 2025, I deposited a total of ₺4,000 in multiple transactions, with the last being ₺800. Through regular gameplay—without using any deposit bonus or promotion—I managed to win ₺47,000. However, to my shock, the platform removed ₺15,000 from my balance and only allowed me to withdraw ₺32,000. When I asked for an explanation, they said there’s a “40x wagering rule”, which I was never informed about, nor is it clearly stated or visible when depositing without a bonus. I didn’t opt into any promotions or special offers, so there’s no justification for this kind of deduction. This kind of behind-the-scenes manipulation is both deceptive and unethical.
