Casinbo Misleading Bonus Policy and Unresolved Payment Issue

I deposited ₺3,848 on Casinbo, expecting transparent rules for bonuses and payouts. After winning the jackpot, I was informed that only 10% of the amount would be credited due to some unclear bonus policy. This makes no sense, as I never received any prior investment bonuses or perks. Out of a ₺50,000 jackpot, I was told I could withdraw only ₺38,000 after deductions for wagering requirements, which I met by playing.

I requested a withdrawal of ₺3,848 at 3 AM, but my account balance was adjusted three separate times during processing, leaving me with only ₺3,848. Casinbo’s policies are unclear and feel deliberately deceptive. I demand a full resolution, immediate payment of my rightful balance, and transparency in bonus policies.
