Unauthorized Charge After BetterMe Subscription Ended

Even though I had canceled my BetterMe subscription a year ago, I recently discovered that money was deducted from my account. Why am I being charged by a service that has already expired? I am extremely unhappy with this situation and insist on receiving a refund for the deducted amount right away. I kindly ask for a swift resolution to this matter.
