BeautyPlus Free Trial Turned Into Unauthorized Annual Charge

I was using the 3-day free trial on the BeautyPlus app. I canceled my subscription through the App Store before the trial period ended and received confirmation of the cancellation. However, on November 2, an annual subscription fee of $23 was charged to my mobile billing account. Even though I canceled the subscription on time, the charge was still taken, which has caused me inconvenience and frustration.

I tried to contact customer support regarding this issue, but I have not received any response. My transaction number is MT56MYL8QW. I request that the charged amount be refunded to me as soon as possible.
