Even though I canceled my BetterMe subscription, I recently discovered that they have been charging me without my knowledge since 2023. This is absolutely unacceptable!
I had no idea these payments were being deducted until I randomly checked my transactions. If I hadn’t noticed, they would have continued withdrawing money indefinitely. After looking into it, I see that many others have faced the same issue, which makes this even worse.
BetterMe, I demand an immediate refund! I should not have to pay for a service I canceled long ago. This is deceptive business practice, and I expect my money back now. Fix this immediately!
