BetterMe has been charging my credit card every month despite me not having an active subscription. I had only started a free trial and canceled it before it expired, yet they continue to withdraw money from my account.
I don’t even have the BetterMe app installed on my phone anymore, so how is it still charging me? This has been happening for several months, and I demand an immediate refund for all the unauthorized charges.
This is fraudulent billing, and I expect BetterMe to take responsibility for these unjustified deductions. If my refund is not processed, I will escalate this issue legally. I need urgent action on this matter!
