Unauthorized BeautyPlus Membership Charge Taken From My Card

Even though I was only using the free version of the BeautyPlus app, an annual membership fee of $15 was charged to my card today. I did not start any subscription, and I did not give any approval or consent, so I do not accept this charge being taken from my account.
I request a refund of the charged amount. I have payment receipts available, and I live in Istanbul. I was also unable to find any customer service phone number to contact regarding this issue. I kindly ask that my grievance be resolved and this unfair charge be corrected.
