BetterMe Charged Me Without Consent After My Subscription Ended



I canceled my subscription months ago on the BetterMe app, but the service continues to charge my account, months after it was cancelled. When I checked the phone it states that the subscription ended in November but now it's December and I'm still being charged. In actuality, it was months ago that my subscription was canceled. I expect a full refund for these charges. This is unacceptable.

There are two options to subscribe to our service: via the website and App/Play Store. If your subscription was canceled successfully, it should not be renewed.
