Problems with BetterMe subscription cancellation and refunds

For the past two months, I've been attempting to use the subscription I created with my Zebra*[email protected] address but have been unsuccessful. I attempted to contact the company via email to resolve the issue but was unsuccessful. I'd like to cancel my account and receive a full two-month refund for my subscription. I anticipate receiving my refund and notification of cancellation in a short period of time. I will not wait any longer and will request a full refund and account cancellation. I'm hoping that this problem is resolved quickly and that I receive my refund soon.
