BetterMe Subscription Charges for Unused App – Need Resolution!

I have been struggling with this unresolved issue for two years and urgently need help. I downloaded the BetterMe app just once, never used it, and deleted it shortly after. Despite this, I have been forced to make regular payments for a service I neither use nor benefit from. Worse, I cannot cancel the subscription through my account, leaving me paying for something entirely unnecessary. This situation is unacceptable, and I demand an immediate refund for all unauthorized payments and a proper cancellation of my subscription. I urge BetterMe to resolve this matter promptly before I escalate it further. Users should be able to manage their subscriptions easily without being charged unfairly.
