BetterMe Won’t Let Me Cancel My Subscription And Charged Me Again

I am very frustrated with the BetterMe app. For the past three days, I have been trying to cancel my subscription, but the cancellation option in the app simply does not work. Because I was unable to cancel in time, the app has already charged my account again without my consent.

My subscription is linked to the email address b**@hotmail.com, and I have not been able to reach customer support to resolve this issue. I feel completely trapped, as I do not want to continue with this service but have no way to stop the recurring payments.

I demand that my subscription be canceled immediately and that the unauthorized charge be refunded in full. Customers should not have to deal with broken cancellation systems and recurring charges for services they no longer wish to use.

BetterMe must take action right away, fix its cancellation system, and ensure that no further charges are made against my account.
