I recently decided to give BetterMe a try after being enticed by their offer of secure payment processing. However, my experience was ruined when, contrary to their claims, they quickly deducted funds from my account. Worse, the promised activation code never arrived in my inbox, leaving me frustrated and disappointed. I took immediate action in an attempt to correct the situation. I canceled the subscriptions linked to the account created with my email address, em*[email protected]. After being let down by BetterMe's service, it was the only logical next step. Now I'm stuck with the inconvenient task of requesting a refund for the fees I incurred. My patience is wearing thin, and I expect BetterMe to refund my money as soon as possible. This situation has not only left me out of pocket but also deeply dissatisfied with BetterMe's ostensible commitment to secure payments and reliable services.
