I want to cancel my BetterMe membership and request a refund, but I haven’t received any response. This issue needs to be resolved immediately. If I don’t get a solution soon, I will take the necessary steps with the authorities. It’s unacceptable to leave customers in such a difficult situation without any communication. Please respond promptly and stop putting people through this hardship.
